"I had a good experience with State Farm for the first six months, but out of nowhere, they canceled my insurance. When I called to ask what happened, they were pretty rude and insisted that I was the one who canceled it, which I definitely didn’t. I spoke to a lady named Kelle, and she didn’t seem to care whether I was still insured or not. I got so frustrated that I told her not to bother renewing my policy"
