"Working with Ra-Chel Hozian at this State Farm office has been a safe and wonderful experience. When my accounts moved to this office, Ra-Chel contacted me with warmth and a great professional manner. During my first vehicle collision that took place recently, Ra-Chel was able to assist, going above and beyond. While the national State Farm locations were less than helpful, Ra-Chel took the time with her experience and wisdom to walk me through the process, understanding my options, and expressed empathy and understanding.
