"Ra-chel did a fantastic job with assisting me. My son was overpaying for insurance so I called in to see if I could help him get a better rate. I spoke to Ra-chel and she assisted with getting a policy that covered all the bases and much cheaper than what my son was paying with Progressive. Additionally, she also helped me get a lower rate on my renter's insurance with greater coverage than my current policy with AAA. Overall, great experience and highly recommend."

"Terrible experience with this firm there was a confusion on the paperwork which caused my rate to rise incredibly high after processing my cancellation with my other company. Do not recommend them whatsoever. I have asked for their direct supervisor, which I had not been responded to. They told me they would process a refund which I still have not received even though all this happened last Thursday. I placed a deposit under false pretenses and asked to speak to a manager to clear things up, which I was responded to very shortly regarding my refund. EXTREMELY unprofessional and shady."

When my accounts moved to this office, Ra-Chel contacted me with warmth and a great professional manner.
